Accessing, browsing and using the Tropicology online store you agree to the following terms and conditions.
DELIVERIES TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Tropical Fruit World's, Tropicology delivers using Australia Post and Sendle.
Tropicology delivers all international orders using Australia Post International / Startrack.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, which will allow you to track your delivery.
To ensure delivery, we recommend your parcel be sent to an address where there will be someone to receive it between 9 am – 5 pm.
If no one is at your specified shipping address when delivery is attempted, Australia Post / Sendle / Startrack will leave a card that will direct you to a local post office for collection.
Tropicology will not be held accountable for late deliveries, or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. Or in the event that the incorrect address is provided.
In the unfortunate event that a stock item is unavailable, we will get in touch with you for further shipping instructions using contact details originally provided.
When orders shipped internationally reach your destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Your order will require a signature upon delivery by Australia Post / StarTrack.
Please note: Tropicology, unfortunately, cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes, which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any customs duties, requirements for imported items, foreign taxes or other fees that are imposed will rest with the customer.
Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties. We also, unfortunately, cannot mark any international order as a ‘gift’, due to law prohibitions.
Whilst all efforts are made to ensure tracking International deliveries, Tropicology cannot be held responsible for the loss of items during the shipping process.
